The NFL in the Moment – Friday 9pm EDT – Week Three 2017

The NFL in the Moment – Friday 9pm EDT – Week Three 2017

Woe to be in the NFC East. Every team has major problems except the Philadelphia Eagles.

12/5 New York Giants   @   Philadelphia Eagles 5/14
The Giants had a terrible Offensive Line, upgraded everywhere else, but can’t score because they can’t run the ball and have no time to throw. The 5/14 Eagles could blow the Giants right out of their water with most of New York’s starting Defence injured.

20/33 Oakland Raiders   @   Washington Redskins 29/20
Derek Carr and the Raiders have yet to beat a “good team”, which is something they have many opportunities to prove this season. We do not think they have “it” and know that we are in the minority. Kirk Cousins meanwhile has no real pressure on him except what he puts on himself to “not get hurt”. This will be they zenith of the “Scot McCloughan Redskins”, a decent squad with no glaring weakness that is somewhat rudderless. At home, we have the 29/20 Washington Redskins in a mild upset when they win the battles in the trenches.

20/33 Dallas Cowboys   @   Arizona Cardinals 29/20
The Broncos played the Cowboys exactly the way we expected them to and got the result we expected. Arizona should also be able to shut down the fat kid (Elliott) and take away Prescott’s first read for more of the same. Carson Palmer, Larry Fitzgerald, and Chris Johnson may be getting long in the tooth, but they should still have enough punch to KO the very bad Dallas Defence. The 29/20 Arizona Cardinals are the play at home against the mirage of a team that somehow went 13-3 last season.

Projected Standings Post Week Three
