• In Canada, Hardy would have gone to jail for certain as the charges are automatic once the Police arrive, with or without a plaintiff.

• This incident occurred prior to the NFL 2014 season. How does this reflect upon the Jameis Winston situation with the rape?

• Again, in Canada the charges would have been automatic and Winston almost certainly would have been convicted. As serious as domestic violence is, rape is far more serious.,,
